The staff was especially helpful and friendly, creating a family atmosphere. the family room was delightful with tea and coffee making equipment, and a fridge. the hotel's location was amazing, in the middle of Jackson. It was also just off the center, close to Seminyak, Kuta, and Legian. I had lovely days staying at this hip new property.

The room was modern and beautifully designed with climate control, a safe, and multi-channel TV. Location: the hotel was short walk to Finns Beach Club, the centre of Seminyak, and beach. And it was at a moderate distance from Coffeefellas, ate there couple of times.

During my recent stay at this hotel, I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the staff's friendliness and attentiveness. They really went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. the hotel's location close to the beach and nearby attractions was convenient and made exploring the area a breeze. the shared pool was a great spot to unwind, and the garden area was well-maintained, providing a lovely setting to relax. I also appreciated the daily room cleaning and the complimentary water provided in the room. a pleasant experience that exceeded my expectations.

The bathroom facilities could do with some upgrades to address issues like water pressure and musky smells. ensuring the room linens and towels are thoroughly clean and free from stains would enhance guests' comfort during their stay.
